Compatibility, offline use, sync & storage
Windows 10 / 11 (compatible 64-bit computer), Android 7 or later, and iOS / iPadOS 15 or later. Check your device’s official store listing before purchasing. Apple availability: USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Local records work offline after activation. Internet is needed for activation, periodic license validation, store purchase verification or restoration and cloud functions. Cross-Device Sync is manual: sync after changes, then sync your other devices before editing there. Deletions also sync.
The Windows app’s optional Encrypted Cloud Backup holds one current complete backup up to 72 MB. Cross-Device Sync has a separate 72 MB synchronized-file allowance per license, with eligible files up to 20 MB each. Both allowances are included with your license. Sync is not a recovery backup; keep a local backup too.

No. The direct household license is US$29.95 as a one-time purchase on Payhip or Etsy. The US Apple listing also offers a US$29.95 one-time purchase. Apple and Google Play display their local price and taxes before checkout. There is no monthly subscription.
Which devices does one purchase cover?
Up to 2 Windows computers, 2 Android devices and 2 Apple devices. iPhone and iPad share the two Apple slots. Install each app separately and activate it with the same private license key. All devices using that key share one household cloud workspace; keep your key private. Already own a license? You do not need to purchase again.
Can I use it without internet?
Local recordkeeping works offline after activation. Internet access is needed for activation, periodic license validation, store purchase verification or restoration, cloud backup and manual cross-device sync.
Does it sync automatically?
Sync is manual, not automatic live synchronization. After making changes, run Cross-Device Sync on that device, then sync your other devices before editing there. Edits and deletions travel too. What happens after I buy?
On Payhip or Etsy, the owner’s guide downloads immediately; your personal license key is sent separately, usually in an hour or two. Install the free app from its official store, then enter your key in License & Activation. Apple and Google purchases are verified inside their apps and provide a reusable key. Restore a purchase through the original store, or contact support for help with a missing key.
